Ennis is the mandatory challenger for unified 147-pound champion Errol Spence Jr.’s IBF title as well as the No. 2 challenger to WBO titlist Terence Crawford’s crown. Porter opined on how he envisions an Ennis fight playing out against the two top stars of the division. “No, [Spence] is not going to fight [Ennis]. I’m dropping the mic right there,” Porter told FightHype.com in a separate interview. “He’s not going to fight him. Errol is at a level where he can make some decisions that Jaron can’t make at this point. He hasn’t gotten there yet. So, no, they’re not going to fight.
