Mini Grilled Cheese w/ tomato soup dip

Slider Season: S2 E4 Mini Grilled Cheese w/ tomato soup French Bread: • 1 tbsp of active yeast • 2 tbsp of sugar • 2 cups of warm water [lightly mix & let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes] • healthy pinch of salt • 2 tbsp of EVOO (@Graza of course!) • 5ish cups of flour (start with two, mix until combined, then slowly add 1/2 a cup at a time on low in mixer— should be slightly sticky) • transfer to a lightly greased bowl, cover & let rest for one hour • flour a surface, divide dough into two & roll into a rectangular shape (be sure to press out all air bubbles) • roll long side in while pressing firmly between each roll, tuck & pinch ends under • place on large baking sheet, score top, cover & let rest for another hour • preheat over to 400 • lightly brush loaves w/ egg wash • bake for 18 minutes until golden brown Tomato Soup: • 2 lbs of roma tomatoes • 1 red pepper • 1 garlic bulb [slice tomato & pepper in half, drizzle with EVOO. Slice top off of garlic bulb, place on tin foil, cover with EVOO, wrap up & place on baking sheet] • bake at 400 for 40 minutes • heat EVOO on low to medium heat, add one roughly chopped white onion, sauté until translucent & fragrant • add 2 cups of vegetable broth • add 1 tbsp of tomato paste • add roasted vegetables & garlic to broth • blend until smooth • season: salt, pepper, oregano, crushed red pepper, fresh basil & parsley You got the rest 😉 Cozy comfort meal for this gloomy, game day 👏🏻🏈 #sunday #dinnerideas #comfortfood #cooking #recipes
