ASMR HOMEMADE RAINBOW CEREAL YANGGANG MUKBANG 바삭쫀득한 무지개 시리얼 양갱젤리 먹방 ** Yanggang Jelly & Kohakutou 간단하게 만들기 ** (만드는 동안 계속 숟가락으로 저어 주세요) ** 준비물 : 찬물200ML, 설탕300ML, 한천가루1스푼, 안에 넣을 디저트 1) 찬물에 한천가루를 넣고 잘 풀어주세요 2) "중불"에 올려서 1분동안 숟가락으로 계속 저어가면서 조금 더 한천가루를 녹여주세요 3) 설탕투하! 계속 저어주다 보면 설탕이 녹으면서 살짝 맑게 변합니다. 4) 끓기 시작하면 "약불"에서 찐득해질때까지 계속 저어주세요 5) 시럽이 끈적해 졌을때 숟가락으로 한스푼 떠서 흘렸을때 마지막 방울이 숟가락에서 실처럼 길게 연결되면 완성! 6) 준비한 몰드에 시럽을 바닥만 채우고 초콜릿, 젤리, 시리얼 등등을 넣은후 시럽을 끝까지 채워주세요 7) 냉장고에서 10분후 Yanggang Jelly 완성! **꿀팁 : 1. 처음에 물 넣으실때 맛있는 시럽을 넣어서 맛을 내보세요 2. 색을 만들고 싶다면 시럽이 완성된후 식용색소나 천연분말을 넣어서 색을 첨가하세요 3. Yanggang Jelly를 3~5일 건조시켜주면 겉은 바삭하고 속은 촉촉한 Kohakutou 완성 ** Making Yanggang Jelly & Kohakutou ** (Continue to stir with a spoon while cooking) Ingredients: 200ML of cold water, 300ML of sugar, 1 spoon of agar powder, dessert to put inside 1) Add agar powder to cold water and dissolve well 2) Put it on low heat and continue stirring with a spoon for 1 minute to melt a little more agar powder. 3) Drop sugar! If you continue to stir, the sugar will melt and turn slightly clear. 4) When it starts to boil, keep stirring over low heat until it becomes sticky. 5) When the syrup becomes sticky, take a spoonful with a spoon and pour it out.
