Family, today I want to take a moment to talk about something that has been on my heart. Tomorrow is World Marrow Donor Day, and over the past few days, God has put it in my heart to encourage you to donate blood or consider registering to be a marrow donor. There is a cure for patients with blood cancer, a blood stem cell donation from a matching donor can save someone's life and you can be that donor. Before my best friend was diagnosed with leukemia, I had registered with the NMDP (formerly Be The Match®). While I wasn’t a match for her, by the grace of God, she did found a donor in Europe.
