Chest Supported Dumbbell Curl
Exercise Library - Chest Supported DB Curl Chest Supported DB curls enforce a strict torso position which prevents the trainee from using momentum to move the dumbbells. Lay chest down on an incline bench with the dumbbells either side of the bench. Pick them up and curl them up towards the bench whilst keeping your upper arms still. Slowly lower the dumbbells to a full stretch of the biceps at the bottom. Your elbow joint should be completely open at the bottom of each rep and completely closed at the top. Whether you alternate arms or complete each rep simultaneously is up to you as long as the full amount is completed per arm.
