Imli Ki Chutney Recipe | इमली की खट्टी मीठी चटनी बनाने का आसान तरीका | Tamarind Chutney for Chaat

Ingredients - 200 gms Tamarind 1 kg Jaggery (grated) 4 Cups Water Salt to taste 2 Tblsp Kashimi Red Chilli Powder 1 1/2 Tbsp Saunf (Powdered Fennel Seeds) 1 1/2 Tblsp Dry Ginger Powder (Sonth) 1 1/2 Tbls Jeera Powder (Cumin) 1 Tsp Kala Namak (Black Salt) 1/2 Tsp Hingh (Asofoetida) Method - In a Pressure Cooker -Boil 200 gms Tamarind in 2 cups of water and give one whistle. Then open the lid and strain it. Add another 2 cups of warm water and strain the tamarind pulp. Then add Jaggery to the Tamarind Pulp along with all the dry masalas. Now boil for 30 mins (10 mins high flame and 20 mins low flame) And it's done. Do not keep in the Refrigerator immediately, wait for it to cool down first before storage Serve along with Chaat items, Samosas, Cutlets, Dahi Vada as a favourite addition to any Indian Snack.
