This happens in the deepest of sleep especially during the night time based on human circadian rhythm. *Sleep not only recovers our muscles but also plays an important role in setting right our testosterone, HGH and thyroid hormones that determine our strength and metabolism *sleep also increases our cognitive thoughts and overall performance -------------------------------- Hormones cortisol and melatonin are crucial and their balance determines the sleep pattern. Cortisol level rises through the day and should start reducing from 3-4 pm onwards to enable good production of melatonin that induces sleep Having a vitamin c supplement or vitamin c rich food enables controlling of cortisol around 3 pm -------------------------------- *spectrum of light - days starts with red light and becomes bright blue and the blue fades away. *You can use blue light filtering glasses in the evenings to help your body slip into sleep better *avoid all electronic gadgets exposure at least an hour before sleep and keep them away from bed -------------------------------- Hope you found the information very useful .
