Tracking the progress of the fixes for The Last of Us Part 1 PC, here's a comparison between the Launch version and the latest Patch. The Graphics Settings is HIGH Preset. This latest patch, Update v1.0.2.1 fixes the Mouse jitter issue and I can confirm the Mouse movement is now fixed and the game feels much more smoother than at launch.
