Thank you❤️ Please subscribe & like -재료- 돼지앞다리살 300g / 대파 1/3개 / 양파 1/2개 / 청양고추 1개(옵션) / 간장 3스푼 / 다진마늘 1스푼 / 고춧가루 3스푼 고추장 1스푼 / 참기름 1스푼 / 설탕 1스푼 / 후추 -Ingredients- 300g picnic shoulder / 1/3pcs green onion / 1/2pcs onion / 1pcs chili pepper(optional) / 3tbsp soy sauce / 1tbsp minced garlic / 3tbsp red pepper powder / 1tbsp gochujang / 1tbsp sesame oil / 1tbsp sugar / Pepper -요리순서- 1 간장,다진마늘,고춧가루,고추장,참기름,후추를 넣고 양념장을 만들어주세요 2 대파,양파,고추를 썰어주세요 3 달궈진 팬에 설탕1스푼을 넣고 설탕이 갈색이 되면 고기를 센불에서 수분이 사라질 때까지 볶아주세요 4 양념장을 넣어 볶아주고 야채를 넣어 볶아주세요 -How to cook- 1 Add soy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper powder, gochujang, sesame oil, pepper and make sauce 2 Slice green onions, onions, and peppers 3 Put 1tbsp sugar in a heated pan and stir-fry the meat over high heat until the sugar is brown and the moisture is gone 4 Add the sauce and stir-fry, then add vegetables and stir-fry slightly #제육볶음#제육볶음황금레시피#shorts
