This Masala fish curry is absolutely packed with flavours. Fish is first marinaded and cooked and then added to an incredibly spice infused masala sauce. Method: You can use any fish for this and I’ve used Basa Fillets Marinate fish with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil and cumin. Leave for 30 min to 1 hr. Then fry on medium Fry 1 1/2 onion with 1 tsp zeera, once translucent add 1 1/2 tsp grated garlic . Fry for couple of minutes then add 3 medium tomatoes. Fry for few minutes then add spices Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 chopped green chillies, 2 tbsp fresh coriander. Mix well and then add 1 cup of warm water.
