Recipe For Stuffing: 1.In a pan take 2tsp Oil, some green chilli, 1tsp Jeera, 1 chopped Onion. Saute well then add 1tsp Haldi, 1tsp Kashmiri mirch, 1tsp Dhaniya powder, 1tsp Garam masala powder, Salt to taste. 2. Add 2 Boiled mashed potatoes with some Kasuri methi. For Dough: 1.Take 1cup Maida along with 1/2tsp Salt, 2tbsp Oil, water as needed, make a soft dough. 2. Take a small portion and make a roti and fold, apply oil and dust with maida as shown. 3. Add the stuffing and roll it. 4. Fry them on low flame until it turns golden &crispy.
