Punjabi Style Sarson ka Saag with Makki ki Roti | Makki ki Roti Sarson ka Saag Recipe #howaboutcooking #sarsonkasaag #makkikiroti Ingredients: 500 gm sarson k patte 400 gms palak patte 200 gms Bathua 8-10 garlic cloves 4-5 green chillies 2 tsp makki flour 4-5 inches ginger oil/ghee for tadka water as needed salt to taste Tips & Tricks: 1. Wash all the leaves before chopping and boiling 2. Add Makki flour or Besan while tadka and let it cook to remove the rawness of the flour 3. Do not over grind the boiled leaves. Authentic Sarson ka saag is a little coarse & grainy 4. Use mustard oil or ghee for tadka 5. Makki flour is a little tricky to bind. Use warm water to knead the dough to bind it well. 6. You can also add 2-4 tsp of wheat flour to make it a little easy to bind. 7. Do not use rolling pin to roll the roti. It is easy to roll it using ur palms as shown in the video. 2.
