Yay we have a new beginner leg workout! ♡ This version is low impact and knee-friendly, the exercises are all on the floor, so there are no squats or jumps included! It targets the inner and outer thighs and makes them look toned and lean. And if this routine is way too easy for you, you can make it more intense by using a resistance band or skipping the breaks. :) ▪️ Intensity: Beginner ▪️ Recommendations: • Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your leg muscles while training them.
