In this video, I’ll share why I chose these varieties and how I plan to use them in my kitchen. 🔥 Peppers I’m Growing This Season: ✅ Poblano – Mild heat, great for roasting and stuffing ✅ Cayenne – Classic spicy pepper, perfect for drying and making hot sauce ✅ Serrano Tampiqueño – Medium heat, great for salsas and fresh seasoning ✅ Hungarian Hot Wax – Perfect for pickling ✅ Biquinho (Little Beak Pepper) – Small, sweet, slightly spicy, great for snacking or pickling ✅ Numex Joe E. Parker – Similar to Anaheim peppers, great for roasting ✅ Serrano – Spicier than jalapeños, great for marinades and pikliz ✅ Hungarian Black – Unique dark-colored pepper, mildly spicy and great for grilling ✅ Sibilla – Rare, mildly spicy with a citrusy taste ✅ (Any other missing variety from your packs) 🥕 Easy Haitian Pikliz Recipe (Spicy Pickled Slaw) Ingredients: • 2 cups shredded cabbage • 1 large carrot, shredded • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced • 3-5 hot peppers (Scotch Bonnet, Serrano, or Cayenne work great), thinly sliced • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1/2 tsp thyme (optional) • 1/2 cup vinegar (white or apple cider) • Juice of 1 lime • 4-5 whole peppercorns (optional) Instructions: 1. Mix cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, and hot peppers in a bowl. 2. Add salt, black pepper, and thyme, and toss well. 3. Pack the mixture tightly into a glass jar. 4. Pour vinegar and lime juice over until everything is fully submerged. 5. Let it sit for at least 24 hours before using—flavors develop more over time!
