
Morning Yoga with Weights - 60 Min Yoga Class - Five Parks Yoga
Rise and Shine with this morning yoga workout class with weights! Your body will thank you after you enjoy this 60 minute yoga class designed to give you a complete home workout while practicing a fun and creative yoga flow. We start with a gentle warmup session to get you stretched out and ready for the intense workout ahead and then we transition into a yoga class that's a workout and a flow at the same time and if you're brave, you can use weights to make it even more intense. After a long workout, we slowly start to cool down your body and finally end up in a well-deserved savasana posture to wrap up the class.
