In a mixing bowl, combine the Maida, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. 2. Add the vanilla essence to the milk and stir. 3. Gradually pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients, whisking continuously until you get a smooth batter. Prepare the Apple Slices: 4.
