Ingredients: 200ml milk + 1 tsp vinegar for buttermilk 2 eggs 160g (1 pot) #chobaniau Natural Greek Yogurt 170g plain flour 1.5 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp natural granulated sweetener or sugar Raspberry white chocolate: Chobani Natural Greek Yogurt Raspberries White chocolate chips Lemon & Poppy seed : Lemon Poppy seeds Greek yogurt Cinny scrolls: cinnamon sugar Yogurt /cream cheese Method: Whisk the eggs, milk and yogurt together. Then whisk in the dry. Let the batter sit for 5 mins. Heat a non-stick frying pan, with a little butter. For cinnamon roll pancakes you’ll combine the cinnamon sugar ingredients and put in a sandwich bag to pipe on. On medium heat add some pancake batter. Pipe on the cinnamon mixture and turn the heat down. Put the lid on and allow to cool for a few minutes before flipping. Top with your choice of toppings.
