Loaded Baked Potato Bar! All Your Favorite Toppings! Boil or Bake your favorite type of potato. I used Russet potatoes for this recipe. I chose to boil them 1st then place them in the oven to keep warm and to melt butter on them. Keeping them warm in the oven is a good idea if you are feeding a crowd for game day, a party or a big dinner.
