Today, I would like to share with you the best morning routine ever compared to my past morning routines. In Japanese kanji, morning is written like this(朝) If I break this kanji apart, it means 10 months and 10 days. In Japanese culture, we say, babies are born within the 10th month of the 10th day. So, in other words, morning represents a new birth. If I think of it that way, it’s like we are reborn each morning and have a new start every day.
