Tik Tok https://vm.tiktok.com/ZSeqKp1dy/ snackvideos https://sck.io/u/cfdmlOCh pinterest https://pin.it/2tDv0u6 Twitter / cook_withasifa Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tbs -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 2 tbs -Cooking oil 2 Cups or as required -Pyaz (Onion) 1 cup -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2 -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 2 tsp -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 4-5 small -Laung (Cloves) 8-9 -Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 4 -Hari mirch (Green chilli) 4-5 chopped -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 4 tbs -Tamatar (Tomato) 1 cup -Dahi (Yogurt) 1& 1/2 Cup -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 5 tbs -Namak (Salt) 5 tbs or to taste -Turmeric powder 3 tbs -Chicken 1 kg -Water 2 & ½ liter or as required -Chanay (Chickpeas) 1/2 kg (boiled with salt) -Aloo bukhara (Dried plums) 2 tsp -Chawal (Rice) 2 & 1/2 kg (soaked for 1 hour) Directions: -In pot add chicken, salt, red chilli flakes , turmeric powder , black pepper, garam masala , yogurt and marinate for 1 hour . -In a pot, add cooking oil, onion & fry until golden brown and add water along with ginger , garlic paste, tomatoes cook for 2 mins. -Add coriander seeds, cardamoms ,black pepper ,cinnamon sticks ,cloves, cumin seeds ,star anise ,salt, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder & mix well. -Add marinated chicken & cook for 10 mins. -Add yogurt ,green chilli & dried plums. -Add boiled chick pea and cook for 2 mins. -Add water then cover until bring it to boil. -Add soaked rice, mix well & cook on medium flame until water is reduced (3-4 minutes). -Add lemon juice then cover & steam cook on low flame for 16-18 minutes. -Serve degi chicken chana pulao with yogurt raita, salad & fried onion.
