Prep time : 10min Cook time : 5 min Paneeer ( Cottage cheese ) - 250 gm Bread crumbs - 1 cup Batter Mix : Maida ( All purpose flour ) - 1/4 cup Corn flour - 1/ 4 cup Laal mirch ( chili powder ) - 1 tsp Salt to taste Kali mirch ( Black pepper powder ) - 1/2 tsp Onion Powder - 1/2 tsp Mixed herbs - 1 tsp Water - As required Cut the paneer into bite size cube. Dry coat the paneer and keep aside . add little water into the batter mix and make a thick paste . Deep the paneer into batter and then bread crumbs to five the texture . Deep fry the paneer pops for two minutes on high heat until golden brown and crispy. take out the paneer pops into a bowl. Spice Mix : Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp Onion powder - 1/2 tsp Chili powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Chaat masala - 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp In bowl add the listed ingredients to enhance extra flavor in paneer pops Add the spice mix right after paneer popcorn taken out of oil .
