. I played my favorite Beatles song," Something". It took me 2 months to play it because it was too difficult to find out how to mute the left hand with the palm of the hand, the strength of the slide, etc. I left it alone. ...... lol I'm trying to make a muffled sound, so it might be hard to hear without headphones😱. I tried to make it so that you can hear my performance from the left and Paul McCartney's performance from the right. (I was embarrassed that my performance alone didn't show the nuance of the music...... lol) As Joe Dart said sometime ago on Bass magazine(in Japan), the bass line of this song can't be added or subtracted, it's complete. It's like this is the most correct answer out of an infinite number of choices. I like it. My father loved George Harrison, so I like George the best among the Beatles, too. I am always impressed by the fact that he worked hard for many years in the shadow of the two geniuses, and then fully blossomed with the White Album and Abbey Road. In the ranking of the most popular Beatles songs on Spotify, Here Comes The Sun is number one while Yesterday, Let It Be, etc. are there. Amazing...... The bass is not my own, My friend's. Tone 0 on the front and about 3 on the rear. I played it with a thicker pick and played it in a blur. It's a very long story. (I still don't have enough to say though) ---------------------------------------- ビートルズでいちばん好きな曲、Somethingを弾きました。 左手の手のひらでのミュート具合とかスライドの強弱とか、難しすぎて放置したりして2ヶ月もかかってしまった……笑 こもった音作りにしているので、ヘッドホンじゃないと聞こえづらいかも😱 左から僕の演奏、右からポール・マッカートニーの演奏が聞こえるようにしてみました。 (僕の演奏のみだとニュアンスが出てなくて恥ずかしかったため……笑) ジョー・ダートもいつかのベーマガ誌面上で言ってたけど、この曲のベースラインは足すことも引くこともできない、完成されたものですよね。 これが無限の選択肢の中のいちばんの正解って感じ。好き。 父がジョージ・ハリスンが大好きだった影響で僕もビートルズの中ではジョージがいちばん好きです。 天才2人の影で長年努力して、ホワイトアルバムとアビイ・ロードで完全に開花するのがいつも感動しちゃう。 Spotifyのビートルズの人気曲ランキングではYesterdayやLet It Be等がある中、Here Comes The Sunが一位なんですよね。すごいや……(涙) ベースは一個前の投稿と変わらずカメハウス(@kamehouse_sanaruko_spitz )の兄さんのもの。 フロントはトーン0、リアが3くらい。 厚めのピックでぼんぼん弾いてみました。 めっちゃ長文になってしまった。 (まだ語り足りないけど)
