Spicy Oyster Crackers 1/2 c vegetable oil 1 packet ranch dressing mix 1 packet italian dressing mix 9 oz. oyster crackers Mix well, let crackers soak up all the dressing, then bake 10-15 minutes at 250 degrees. Armadillo Egg Cups 1/2 pound breakfast sausage 4 slices diced bacon 2 oz cream cheese 1/3 cup green chilis flakey layer biscuits divide each biscuit into 3 different layers to form cups. Place in greased muffin tin. Bake according to package directions. Fill with sausage cream cheese filling and bake an additional 5 minutes. Let cool and enjoy Salmon Dip 1/2 cup cream cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 4 oz. smoked salmon 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp onion and garlic powder 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs horseradish 1 tsp dill 1 tbs lemon juice mix well and serve on bread or crackers. Top with capers if you like them Sweet Heat Crab Puffs wonton wrappers imitation crab 4 oz cream cheese 2-3 tbs pepper jelly Mix well and place filling in wontons. Seal edges with water. Fry.
