French Lace Cookies are easy and delicious 😁 #frenchlacecookie #lacecookies #french #lace #cookies Lace Cookie 1 C. Flour (all purpose) 1 C. Nut (finely chopped) 1/2 C. Shortening 2/3 C. Brown Sugar 1/2 C. Light Corn Syrup 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Mix together flour and nuts; set aside. In a saucepan bring shortening, brown sugar, and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling remove from the heat and mix in vanilla. Now mix in half of the flour/nuts, then mix in remaining flour/nuts til fully combined. Drop batter by teaspoons full onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper giving about 3 inches between each cookie. Bake at 375°F for six minutes. Remove from oven and allow lace cookies to cool completely before enjoing
