A quick and healthy dosa made with jowar (sorghum) flour — light, crispy, and ideal for a nutritious meal! 🧾 Ingredients: •Jowar flour (sorghum) – 1 cup •Onion – 1 small (finely chopped) •Green chili – 1 (finely chopped) •Ginger – ½ inch (grated) •Black pepper – ½ tsp (crushed or ground) •Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped) •Salt – to taste •Water – approx. 1½ to 2 cups (adjust consistency) •Oil or ghee – for cooking 🔥 Method: 1. Make the Batter: •In a mixing bowl, combine jowar flour, salt, and black pepper. •Add chopped onion, green chili, ginger, and coriander leaves. •Slowly pour in water and whisk to form a smooth, thin batter (like rava dosa consistency). Let it rest for 5–10 minutes. 2. Cook the Dosa: •Heat a non-stick or cast-iron tawa until hot. •Stir the batter well. Pour it from the outer edges inward, allowing holes to form naturally. •Drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges. •Cook on medium heat until golden and crispy. No need to flip unless desired. 3.
