Then turn off flame . Place the dough bowl which is heat stable bowl  covered with airtight cover or cling.  Then cover the wok with lid  / or pressure cooker cover . Well cover it with napkin,so that there is no heat loss. Open after 1/2 hour. Dough is well rised 👍. .
