I love to share and see your creations ❤️ Peace, Love and #keto #90dayswithBusyMami #KetoDessert Recipe: Busy Mami's Lemon Blueberry Mug Cake 5 tbsp of almond flour (or 6 if you don't use protein powder) 1 Tbsp Protein Powder 1 tsp baking powder 1 egg 🥚 10-15 blueberries Squeeze of lemon 🍋 1 Tbsp Butter 🧈 8-10 drops of liquid stevia Start by melting your butter in a microwave safe mug or ramekin. Swirl the butter around to help the mug cake not stick Add in the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder and mix. Then add egg, and stevia or your favorite sweetener.
