Top it with fresh veggies, melty cheese, or keep it fully vegan, the choice is yours! 🍕💚 Would you try a lentil crust or stick with classic dough? 👀 Ingredients: -100 g red lentils -1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil -2 tablespoons yoghurt -3/4 teaspoon salt -3/4 teaspoon garlic powder -1 teaspoon baking powder -1/2 tablespoon psyllium husk powder ➕Your choice of toppings. Instructions: 1. Add the lentils to a bowl, cover with water and let them soak for 2 hours. Drain and rinse them under cold water. 2. In a blender or food processor add the soaked lentils, olive oil, yoghurt, salt , garlic, baking powder and psyllium husk. Blend until a thick batter forms. 3. Add the mixture onto the prepared pizza tray and spread it out thinly and evenly as possible. 4. Bake it in your preheated oven for 15 minutes, at 180°C / 356°F.
