Hello Foodies❗ Do you love Beef and Barley Soup? Do you want to make an Instant Pot Easy Soup that is only 30sec. hands on time!? This is the 4th Episode of my pot roast series and I have saved the easiest one for last. This Beef and Barley soup is so fast, but packs in so much flavor, and the best part is that you don't have to do anything but accept the praise. ➤Start by watching episode #1 where we cut up a few pot roasts-some for this Beef and Barley Soup and the rest for basic pot roast. ➤Next, we stored those raw beef cubes, and cooked the pot roast with tons of flavorful liquid! ➤We had a pot roast meal, used the leftover meat to make Pot Roast Tacos (episode #2), ➤then used most of the liquid to make amazing French Onion Soup (episode #3), and then we were left the remaining liquid and all of the ground up carrots, onions, and celery. ➤SO...in an instant pot, dump in your raw cubed beef (2lbs.), season with a good amount of salt, add all of the liquid(8c.), and add in 1/2-1c. of barley. ➤Set it on the hottest setting and leave for 30min. ➤This Beef and Barley Soup is so flavorful that I didn't have to adjust any of the seasonings!
