Service of Lessons & Carols | St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Evanston

The annual Service of Lessons & Carols is one of St. Luke's most beloved traditions. Since the global pandemic makes it impossible for us to gather in person this year, we created this video version — telling the Advent story of comfort and hope, against a backdrop of a time like no other. Each year at the traditional Lessons & Carols services, an offering is collected to support two of St. Luke's important ministries — the music ministry and an outreach program that varies from year to year. This year the vestry has chosen Evanston-based Interfaith Action, serving the hungry and homeless in and around Evanston.
