The Last of Us™ Remastered - Grounded - Escape the City

Looks like the full stealth option has been patched away. Tried the approach of killing three guys in the left or right corners near the generator. But in over one hour, trying both corners, killing the first or second guy that drops always resulted in immediate detection.
