
*NO MAIDA & NO EGGS* OATS BANANA BREAD RECIPE #shorts

Today, we make a guilt-free version with whole wheat and oatsπ€π» This no-refined-sugar recipe is comfort in every bite and a must-try when those sweet cravings kick in π₯³ππ» Ingredients π₯³ 1+ 1/2 banana π₯³ 5 tbsp jaggery powder π₯³ 6 tbsp(82g) butter, melted π₯³ 6 tbsp milk, hot π₯³ 3/4 cup oats flour π₯³ 3/4 cup whole wheat flour π₯³ 1/2 tsp baking powder π₯³ 1/4 tsp baking soda π₯³ 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder π₯³ β cup chocolate chunks π₯³ Chocolate chips,to top Method: 1. Set a cooker on low-medium heat and spread a layer of salt at the bottom of the cooker. Place a small stand in the center and close the lid of the cooker. Let it preheat for about 10 mins. 2. Meanwhile, take the ripe bananas in a bowl and mash them till no big lumps remain. 3. Add jaggery powder, melted butter and hot milk over the mashed bananas and whisk well till nicely combined. 4. Now, sift in the remaining ingredients, that is oats flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder and whisk again to form a thick batter. Whisk only till no flour pockets remain. 5. Lastly fold in chocolate chunks in the batter and transfer the batter into a greased and lined7*4 inch loaf pan and top it with some chocolate chips. 6. Carefully open the lid of the preheated cooker and place the loaf pan on the stand at the centre.
