Next, you'll move to 5 jump rope exercises performed for 30 seconds each with no rest for a 2.5-minute non-stop cardio burst. These intervals challenge your speed, footwork, and agility. → At the end of each round, you'll earn a well-deserved 30-second rest before jumping into the next round.
