But Lord, You have promised to be my refuge and strength, my ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). So I turn to You now, laying every burden at Your feet. When I feel weak, be my strength. When I feel lost, be my guide. When my heart is anxious, fill me with Your perfect peace. Help me to remember that I am not alone, that You are with me in every moment, in every challenge, and in every struggle. Lord, calm my restless thoughts. Teach me to trust You completely, knowing that You are in control. Remind me that I don’t have to figure everything out on my own because You go before me, making a way where I see none.
