No-Churn Paan Ice-cream 💚🍨 Ingredients: 4 betel leaves 2 Tbsp sauf (fennel seeds) 2 Tbsp tutti frutti (dried fruit mixture) 3 Tbsp rose syrup 2 Tbsp rose jam (gulkand) 3 drops edible green food colouring 11/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 to 3/4 cup sweet condensed milk (depends on how sweet you’d like) Directions: 1. To begin with make the paan mixture by adding betel leaves, sauf, tutti frutti, rose syrup and rose jam in a blender with 2 Tbsp cold water. 2. In a mixing bowl whip the heavy cream until soft peaks forms and then add the condensed milk and paan mixture, along with the green food colouring. Lightly fold until the mixture is combined really well. 3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl or pan and freeze it for at least 4 hours or until set.
