SIMPLE One Pot Shredded #chicken Tacos | 1 Recipe=2 Meals #recipe #shorts

Email: [email protected] Instagram: @mamalifecooking RECIPE 4 cups of shredded chicken -1 tablespoon of chili powder -1 tsp of paprika -1 tsp of garlic powder -1 tsp of onion powder -1 tsp of garlic salt -2 tsp of cumin -1/2 tsp of oregano -1/4 tsp of pepper -3 tablespoons of tomato paste -1/2 cup of chicken broth ( I used low sodium) -1 can of rinsed pinto beans -2 cups of salsa -12 corn tortillas -2 cups of shredded cheese of choice ( I used a mix of pepper jack cheese, sharp cheddar, and monterey jack cheese.) -olive oil 1.) Grab a large pot. Turn it to medium low heat and add roughly 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 2.) Add your shredded chicken + all your seasonings. Mix thoroughly. 3.) Add tomato paste + mix. Add chicken broth and make sure to scrape off any residue from the bottom of the pot. 4.) Add in your rinsed pinto beans and salsa. Mix + keep on the heat until it starts to bubble. 5.) Remove from heat & preheat your oven to 420. 6.) Line your sheet pan/cookie sheet with 6 corn tortillas. Brush a little olive oil on each side, add cheese, and one large spoonful of chicken mixture to each tortilla. Press it down. In the oven at 420 for 10 mins. 7.) Once done fold them over and add to a casserole dish (e.g. 9x13 rectangle dish). 8.) Repeat steps 6 and 7 for a total of 12 tacos. 9.) Top each taco with a little more cheese and back in the oven for 6 mins (until the cheese is melted.) 10.) Enjoy!
