It’s a super easy dessert perfect for the holidays, plus it’s low carb, sugar free and keto-friendly. Try some no-bake dessert today! Ingredients: •9 oz package sugar-free white chocolate chips •2 oz grass-fed butter •1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, room temperature •1 serving Eggnog Keto Chow •1/2 tsp nutmeg •1/2 tsp ground cloves •1 tsp ground cinnamon •1 tsp rum extract Method: 1. Prepare an 8x8 square baking dish with parchment paper, enough to drape over the sides. 2. Add white chocolate chips and butter to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 60 seconds at 15-second intervals until melted. 3. Stir in heavy whipping cream, Keto Chow, spices and rum extract. Mix well until smooth. 4. Add mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread with spatula. 5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours until set. 6. Take out of the refrigerator. Using sides of parchment paper, lift fudge out of the baking dish. Cut into squares and serve.
