INGREDIENTS 1 Cup Mango Pulp 1 Small Lemon 250 ml Daily Whipping Cream 1 Cup Milk 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar 1/4 Cup Milk Powder METHOD Pure mango and take 1 cup of the pulp. Transfer to a pan, add lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside and let it cool down. ⁠Whip Amul’s dairy whipping cream till you get soft peaks. The cream should be chilled in refrigerator before whipping. ⁠Add cooked pulp, milk, milk powder and mix well.
