Daniel part 7

This focusses on chapter 9 of the book of Daniel. Daniel’s deep insights and understanding lead him to prayer on behalf of himself and his people. In turn, the prayer opens the door for God to reveal further insights. God’s people would never again be a political entity, enjoying political freedom. However, God would bring them through to spiritual freedom. The vision describes the way this would work through, with the destruction of the temple sacrificial system, as God’ s people entered a new phase of spiritual life.
