Samsung Galaxy S6 Active in 2020!

As part of my small collection of Galaxy S phones, I wanted to show you how far Samsung has come along since they started offering the Galaxy S line. This is video #6 and today we take a look at the Galaxy S6 Active, this is not the first in the Active lineup, it goes back to the S4 - I bought this one because the prices of the S6/S6 Edge are still somewhat high. The S6 series was released in 2015 and had a complete redesign. Samsung ditched the plastic and faux chrome and started using aluminum and glass and made some of their most beautiful phones yet. Some of the big improvements on the S6 was the change to a better fingerprint scanner (which for some reason was not included in the Active model), wireless charging, better water and dust resistance, 64 bit processor, more RAM. With those additions some things were removed with this model, which people were not too happy about. The removable battery was not a thing of the past, the SD card was removed and only internal storage was an option. The Active model did not get the fingerprint reader either. Even today I still think the S6 series is a beautiful phone and design. It still works great even today, 5 years later.
