Peri Peri Paneer Popcorn Servings - 5 INGREDIENTS (For Peri Peri Masala) Red chili - 1 teaspoon Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon Oregano - 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar - 1/2 teaspoon (For Peri Peri Paneer Popcorn) Paneer - 300 grams Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Prepared peri peri masala - 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon Eggs - 2 Salt - 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon All purpose flour - for coating Bread crumbs - for coating Oil - for frying Prepared peri peri masala - 1 teaspoon PREPARATION (For Peri Peri Masala) 1. In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon oregano and 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar. 2. Mix all the spices well. 3. Set aside. (For Peri Peri Paneer Popcorn) 1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon prepared peri peri masala, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 2. Coat the paneer cubes from all the sides and marinate them for 10-12 minutes. 3. In another mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and whisk it properly. 4. Now, take a paneer cube and coat with all purpose flour, dip it in prepared egg mixture and then roll it in bread crumbs properly. 5. Heat oil in a heavy skillet, add paneer cubes and deep fry until it turns golden brown. 6. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper. 7. Transfer the paneer popcorn in a mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon prepared peri peri masala and mix it well. 8. Add peri peri paneer popcorn in a serving dish. 9.
