Service works!
Homily for the 29th Sunday of Ordinary Time October 20, 2024 Mark 10:35-45 We may think of service as a good thing, but we may not believe that servicing others will cause the changes we want to see in our society. Jesus doesn’t seem to agree. He doesn’t seem interested in power. He teaches us to serve.
