Ingredients •1 croissant, halved •1 slice cheese of your choice •2 large eggs •Pinch of kosher salt •Freshly ground black pepper •1–2 tablespoons chopped scallions •Optional toppings: arugula, guacamole, spinach, salsa, etc. 1.Prepare the Croissant: Split the croissant in half.
