This classic cozy corn casserole is always a holiday favorite with simple ingredients, big flavor, it’s the perfect easy side dish. ✨🌽 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (14.75 oz) can cream-style corn 1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 large eggs, beaten Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×9 or 8×8 baking dish. Stir everything together in a large bowl, pour into the dish, and bake about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Optional: add 1 cup shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon, or diced/pickled jalapeños.
