Ingredients (serves 4): • 600–800 g chicken breasts or drumsticks • 6–7 medium potatoes • 200–250 g fresh mushrooms (such as button or cremini) • 1 red bell pepper • 1 carrot • 1 small onion • 2–3 garlic cloves, minced • 150 ml cream (10–20%) or Greek yogurt • 2 tbsp mustard • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp paprika powder • ½ tsp dried thyme or oregano • Salt and black pepper to taste • (Optional) a splash of soy sauce or some grated cheese on top Instructions: 1.
