피아노 칠 때 윤찬님은 과연 제 정신일까요 이전 공연들에서는 음악의 현신, 무아지경 정도 생각했어요 이번 공연에서는 자신의 혼을 가진 게 아닌 거 같다는 생각이 들어요 이때만큼은 세상에 존재하지 않는 유일한 스피릿이 된 거 같았어요 세 번째 라흐피협2 직관이었는데, 이번 연주는 이전 격정적임에 성숙함과 풍성함이 더해진 느낌이에요 늘 윤찬님 연주에 감동해서 오케스트라는 뒷전이었는데, 런던심포니는 다르더군요 첫 음부터 놀라서 바로 감동의 밀물에 빠져들었어요 단원들이 마치 한 생명체인 듯한 소리가 났어요 명불허전 파파이노 지휘자님! 윤찬님과의 합이 완벽했습니다!!! Is Yunchan Lim even in his right mind when he plays the piano? In previous performances, I thought of him as the embodiment of music itself, completely lost in the moment But this time, it felt like he wasn’t just playing with his own soul—he became a unique spirit that doesn’t exist in this world This was my third time experiencing Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto #2 in person, and this performance had an added depth of maturity and richness beyond the usual passion I’m always so moved by Yunchan’s playing that I tend to overlook the orchestra, but the London Symphony was different From the very first note, I was completely swept away The ensemble sounded like a single living entity And of course, Sir Pappano—an absolute legend!
