At Brewster Baptist Church, the Advent season will focus on the theme of family as we look at Jesus’ family tree, his Aunt Elizabeth and Uncle Zechariah, his cousin John, Mary and Joseph his parents, and even the New Arrival and the birth of Jesus himself. Today’s reading is The Gospel of John 3:22-30, Jesus and John the Baptist. The Verse of the Day: The Gospel of John 3:30, “He must increase, but I must decrease.”
