Recipe in English: Ingredients: Chickpeas 500 g (As required) Lehsan (Garlic cloves) (As required) roughly chopped Pyaz (Onion) 3 medium size (Sliced thinl) Olive oil 2 tbsp or (Cooking oil) Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste Red chili flakes 1 tsp Chaat masala 1 tsp or to taste Olive oil (As required) Garlic roughly chopped 1 tsp Tamater (Tomatoes) roughly chopped 1 cup Hari mirch (Green chili) chop 2 or to taste Namak (Salt) ½ or to taste Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp Homemade chutney (Optional) Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbsp Instructions: 1. Soak the chickpeas overnight, drain and cook in simmering water for 1.5 hours until soft. 2. Drain and set aside. 3. In a pan, heat up 2 tbsp oil or olive oil and add garlic,cumin and stir for a minute 4. Add the chickpeas, add kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp, salt 1 tsp and 1 tsp chili flakes, chaat masala 1 tsp or to taste. stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until chickpeas with spices fragrant. 5. Transfer into a large bowl & set aside the chickpeas, 6. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic, saute for a minute, 7. Add onions and stir & cook for 3-4 minutes. 8. Add tomatoes roughly chopped 1 cup. Stir and cook for 2 minutes 9. Add chop green chili 2 or to taste 10. Stir and add salt to taste ,kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp,homemade chutney,lemon juice ,1-2 tbsp and mix well.. 11. add fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp 12. Add chickpeas mix well and Turn off the heat, 13.
