Today in this video, we are going to learn about the ADX(Average Directional Index) indicator, and two famous trading strategy based around it. We have talked a lot about trend trading strategies. Which you can see in our last videos. However, we haven't covered how to measure the strength of the trend over a possible time frame. The only way to measure the strength of the trend is by using a specific trading indicator, for example ADX, which stands for Average Directional Index. It was introduced by J. Welles Wilder in 1978.
