BROKEN SCREEN DATA RECOVERY! (Samsung Flip 5)

This Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 just came into my shop because after some damage to the display it has experience the Black Blog of Death. Or in other words part of the OLED panel was damaged near the hinge that has caused a completely unfunctional touch screen. Making it impossible to move the data off this phone to my customers replacement. So in order to get their data off we chose to use an external display, a flash drive, a mouse, and usb c hub to dock the phone and back up the entire phone for our customer using Samsung Smart Switch.
